5.5 is a 3 sta, 5.8 is a 4 star and I believe 6.1 is 5 star

Riley is a 5.7 3-star, just .1 from being a 4-Star. We have 2 recruits who are 5.4 2-star, just .1 from being 3-star. So .3 seperates us from a 4 & 2 3's :rolleyes:

Isn't 5.3 a 2 star but a 5.4 is a 3 star? Does that mean we now have more or is my point system off?

yes, we will have more points.

A 2-star is worth 3 points.

A 3-star is worth 8 points.

A 4-star is worth 75 points.

I haven't calculated what a 5-star is worth.

In theory Riley is right at the border of being a 4 star player (moving from 5.7 to 5.8). Maybe if he throws another 40 touchdowns, that will happen.

      McNeese State (11/18/24)

      We had everything going for us and a victory against McNeese State would launch us into a a home game against Oregon State on Monday. We'd be undefeated at 4-0, victory over BIG10 school, and looking to a possible sellout. Then... someone again decided "why don't we for for some reason wear meaningless bad luck black uniforms so that we can screw up everything?" We did and it had the predictable effect. OUR COLOS ARE GREEN AND WHITE. NEVER WEAR BLACK. NEVER, UNLESS YOU PLAN TO LOSE.

      McNeese State (11/18/24)

      Listened to Hodge's postgame interview with Hank and Dave. A rough summary: Hodge takes the "lion's share" of the blame for the offense at the end. The offense and the inability to defend without fouling was the difference down the stretch. McNeese's ability to get to the FT line, finish around the rim and our inability to finish around the rim were big reasons why we lost. McNeese came out more physical than us. Dave complimented the bench's box score stats. Hodge mentioned that Jossell needs to stay out of foul trouble -- that's the second game in a row. We needed Jossell out there to match McNeese's athleticism. Jossell is one of the few players on the roster who can just blow by people. McNeese is the heavy favorite to repeat as Southland winners (I think we all knew that already).

      OOC scheduling for games at the Supet Pit has always been surprisingly hard for us. Now that we are in the AAC, you would think we could get some decent names here beyond one good program a season.
