Read "The Latest" paragraph--"Cowboy's satellite camp at DeSoto HS"

I did not know that Big 12 colleges could hold "satellite" camps at one of the best tallent

laden HS in Dallas. How many "satellite" camps can a school have every year?

Maybe North Texas could hold a "satellite" camp at SLC, or Trinity HS, or any of the top HS

programs in Texas!

Of the Top 100 Texas players only one is considering NT. The same number as last year.

Rice has 7 including the two highest rated uncommitted QB's in the state.

SMU has 5.

Theonly South Lake Carroll players in the top 100 are Tre Newton and Riley Dodge. Riley is listed as an athlete, not a QB.

Of course, that is based on their star system which slides up or down depending on which school they commit to. On the other hand, we have 3 commits who are ranked in the top 20 at their positions according to Texas Football. I find DCTF's rankings much more reliable.

If those guys commit to Rice or SMU, they will drop a star. Also, they are just in the considering categories, not the commit category. If all those players actually commit to Rice or SMU, I'll be impressed. Otherwise, it means nothing.
