Ffr's Annual "predict How Many Games Back" For The Texas

It's time once again to guess how many games back the Rangers will be out of first place when the All Star game comes around. Right now they are on a record pace, at 15-25 and sitting 7.5 games out. There is still a lot of time left for them to reach 10 games back, but I'll predict 12 by the All Star break.

I'm on for 13 back by the All-Star break...but who cares about the Rangers anyway???? Over-paid underachievers all. Go see the Frisco Roughriders or FC Dallas play if you want to spend your summer sports dollars in family-friendly environments and walk away without having to take a loan out to pay for a couple of beers and dogs!

Too far back.

Plus look for Texas to deal Texeria before the end of the season. He is FA at the end of the year, Tex's agent Scott Boras (snake) does not negotiate in the middle of the season, and the Rangers really don't need to pull a "Washington Nationals" from last year.

I predict the Rangers finish 27.5 games out and use 24 different starting pitchers this season. Why can't our GMs ever figure out that we have great hitting we need pitching.
