We picked the wrong quarterback
This thread should be deleted. Be disappointed with the coach, be disappointed with the defense and be disappointed with the loss. But don’t take out your frustrations on this 18 y/o true Freshman QB who gave everything he had and, quite literally, left it all on the field after his 70-yard TD run. Drew Mestemaker was put in an awkward spot having to start this game and he responded with a hell of a performance. He’s a baller and he doesn’t deserve any of the negativity that’s being directed at him.- 1

I had a good time. We had a good time seeing old friends and some new. We were originally planning on staying until about noon tomorrow to do more catching up but the big winter storm is threatening to make it dangerous. The podcast will be recorded and published Sunday morning. I had a good time at this one. It was good to be home again. It was fun seeing all the green. I hope we do better at football next season.
