Well, if you're trying to get people to see the Green White game, buy season tickets, join the Mean Green Club, why would you hold the game on Sunday afternoon? For the people who live 5+ hours, we can't make the trip. If we do, we're drinking Sprite. Do you see anyone in the SEC, Big 12, Big 10, ACC, Big East, or even CUSA having a Spring game on Sunday? Still love the Mean Green!

I can sympathize with you wanting to see the game but having a long drive back so that you can go to work on Monday. I believe that the target audience for the Spring Game is probably those within a two hour drive. Since most churches have eliminated Sunday evening activities there should be less conflict on Sunday afternoons than any other time.

Another factor could be the NCAA ruling that the number of practices have to be concluded within a certain time frame and spring break took away seven days of that.

Actually, the only reason it is on Sunday instead of Saturday is because Fout's is reserved that Saturday (for an event that was scheduled a while back). It is my understanding that in the future it will be on Saturdays.

Yes, there is a charity track and field event for that Saturday that pushed the spring game into Sunday. Better than Thursday nights as Dickey had been doing.
