I went to "Burgundy" near the historic square of downtown Denton. I asked Tony there if we could have the NT-memphis game on the TV. He said sure.

Burgundy is located on W. Hickory next door to the Campus Theater. Lunch should run between $6 to $10. Best burger I've ever had.

If the purpose of a watching party is to bring fans together to support their team, what is the point of having 32 separate watching "parties" in the Metroplex? The two locations by my house in Arlington are 1 mile apart. Why?

I kind of thought the same thing. In Lewisville, Fox and the Hound, and Buffalo Wild Wings are no more than 2 miles apart.

Actually this is a combined list of locations compiled from both the Athletic Department and the Exes.

If you want the Exes to do more, then get involved with your local chapter, or start one. The local chapters were asked to come up with game-watching party locations.

I work up in North Dallas, just off the Toll Road, and will be leaving work early to watch the game. Where is everyone meeting up in this neck of the woods? I don't want to get to one of the "official" watching locations, and be the only UNT guy there.

The LA Group obviously won't be meeting with the 9:30 tip time. I'll be watching it, but most everyone will be at work. We are suppossed to meet tonight for a Happy Hour to get ourselves excited for the game on Friday/get more organized in general though.

That was what we decided to do as a surrogate watching party.

I will be at Buffalo Wild Wings in Lewisville with another alum, but who knows where everyone will go. That list is so large, that I am sure people go to whatever is closest to them. Since it is the first game of the day, and there are no other Texas teams playing, it is very good chance that reguardless of where you go, it will be on the whole time.
