Super Pit Watching Party

The athletic department now has just 72 hours to plan one of the biggest road trips in recent memory.

"We've been in contact with our alumni association for assistance," said UNT associate athletic director Paul Batchelder. "They may be able to put some of those tours together for the alumni and fans."

The school says more information about travel plans will be available later Tueday or Tuesday on the athletic department's Web site.

"If you can't go to New Orleans, the school says it is planning a big watch party Friday morning in the Coliseum. Tip-off time is set for 11:30."

I applaud them for doing this, but I have a question:

Is the game just going to be shown on that Replay screen up in the corner of the Pit? Or are they going to have some other way of showing it?

my thoughts exactly, i hope they pull in some big screen TV's and let people sit on the floor. i think i will head to riprocks, cant pass up the burgers and beer angle!

I was thinking of riprocks as well, but I would also like to enjoy the game with loads of people.

Anyone else decided yet on what they're doing??
