I believe it's the 2 games in the morining. Usually 4 games are played in an arena on a given day. The session would be the 2 games before the break or the 2 games after the break.

That is correct. Your session ticket gets you into the Memphis-UNT and Nevada-Creighton games.

when you order tickets, they ask you if you want to go ahead and reserve tix for game 2 on sunday if we advance, and they will just charge your card then (after the first round). You can pick them up at the same place as the first round tickets- which will probably be at the team hotel

In my experience with Arkansas tourney games, I rarely would buy more than the first session tickets. The fans of the teams that lose will typically have second round tickets anyway, especially if they travelled there - so I never had any problems buying tickets from those fans that would then be leaving. You can always get them for cheap cheap, especially in the early rounds.
