Think ya'll will have problem with our depth.

I like our depth also. JJ is able to go 10 deep if needed, 8 more realistically. The 8 would be Bell, Davis, Stewart, Sturns Watson, Williams, Wooden and Young. That's a pretty athletic 8. Add Howerton and Mangrum to the mix and that takes us to 10 that have contributed this year. Are we as athletic as Memphis? I don't know, but if we are on hitting our 3's and FT's then it could be interesting.

Interesting to compare the results against common opponents for Memphis and North Texas: Rice, Tulsa, Arkansas State and Middle Tennessee.

Memphis was 5-0 against those teams this year with an average margin of victory of 26 points. Granted, four of those five games were at FedExForum.

North Texas was 5-2 in games against common opponents, including a sweep of Rice and Tulsa. The Greenies lost to Arkansas State twice, by three at home and by 26 in Jonesboro.

Not sure what any of that means, but the number 26 came up twice so I'm going to predict a 26 point Memphis victory.

What's funnier is that Pete Gillen has actually seen us play in person many times this year, while JJ has only seen us on "cablevision."

I'm still going to applaud JJ at the game, then I'm going to watch us skullfeck his kids.

<--- real classy

skull drag north texass friday.
<-- They seem to have an obsession with skulls

on top of these great classy posts, they seem to be looking ahead to their next matchup instead of us.. I just hope their team makes the same mistake.. keep in mind not all memphis posters and fans are as bad as the quotes above, but the consensus seems to be that UNT will just be a warm up game for them
