Rick and Emmitt called me up in the celebration and told me to post that. Obviously they weren't thrilled with SBG's "this team isn't good" thread from the other night. Just some teasing - nothing more.

Let me clarify.

Rick and Emmitt made the phone call, but Rick and Emmitt were not the only ones in the stands that said it. Countless others, several who admitted to me that they don't post here but read and keep up with the team here couldn't beleive one individual could come here and start feeding the negative nancy's so soon after a great win the other night after watching only his first game this season.

Take it for what it is: A well earned slam!

This team IS good. Like most teams they have their flaws. Personally the stuff like missing the free throws wears me out. But they have the talent to be a great team. If they ever play with all 8 pistons firing in order they very well could run someone out of the gym.
