JJ's last ten conference games of season:

2001-2 5-5

2002-3 1-9

2003-4 4-6

2004-5 4-6

2005-6 3-7

2006-7 3-3 (4 games to go)

Most know that JJ has only won one tournament game, that occurred in his first year at NT and habitually has poor regular season finishes. Is this the year for a big change in fortunes and a strong finish going into the tournament? IMO this is easily his most talented team and other then a disastrous road trip to Arkansas all the conference games have been wins or close. Unlike prior years there is no doubt NT can play with the leaders South Alabama and WKU, but also can lose to any team in the conference. Time to make a statement and start playing to the talent level of the team.
