A NCAA committee met today to review Vanderbilt's appeal for a medical red shirt for senior offensive lineman Brian Stamper. Stamper saw action in five games during the 2006 season but played only briefly during the TSU and Temple games before he was sidelined for the remainder of the season.

It happens to a guy at a BCS school and boom he gets an extra year and the decision is made right after the season. It happens to our Muzzy in the 4th game (Stamper was injured in his 5th) on the first play and what 3 years later we are still waiting for the final decision... stupid @#$%ing NCAA and BCS @#$holes. :censored:

Yawn. Bet ya' a dollar-to-a-donut that the NCAA is more leinent towards non-BCS schools than BCS schools when it comes to extra years. Take a look at how many the MAC has gotten.
