But, of course, I had to sort it by the WR category to achieve that 45 ranking! :P

We're #55 at RB.

Overall, they have our class ranked #105 and they only show 9 total commitments.

But, who really cares what Rivals says anyway??:unsure:

Granted its just two positions but we are 45 at wr and 55 at rb and we are all the way to 105? I mean do they base it on all the positions combined or just by the players you have recruited specifically? If thats the case then something seems kinda odd about it doesnt it?

No, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If you sort by LB, we're ranked #84. All they show that's committed to us thusfar are 2 LBs, 5 WRs and 2 RBs which are respectively ranked #84, #45 and #55...add it all together and that equals #105 overall??!!! Sure...that makes sense to me.

Again, I wonder what we're ranked by linemen. I like that we are recruiting at the WR and RB and now QB position but what about linemen? I still think the bigs are what makes the most difference when you get in a big time game.

Totally with you on this, but you need to take into consideration that lineman are probably the hardest position to predict and recruit. As late as TD was getting into the recruiting process, it only amplified the situation: most of the good ones are taken.

I'm sure TD is scampering out there finding a solution.

One thing would put the "cherry" on top of our recruiting sundae. I'd love to see one recruit out of Dallas, TX. Just one recruit from our own back yard to throw it all in the Dickster's face.:devil::lol:

In the last 4 years DD had 4 recruits from DISD and only one made it on the field and he was from W.T. White the rest have not gotten out of the redshirt year. Remember the avg SAT for DISD would require the kid to be a 3.5 student in school.
