---This seem to be forgotten but this did was an issue when Houston did not draft Bush... They did not want any bad publicity which they feared might result from this. This wasn't the only issue,,, team needs and the fact that they feared he would be subborn to sign was also a problem.... They apparently did offer him a contract prior to the draft (they could since they drafted #1) but he turned it down and wanted more.

--- Sure enough, this issue is back again...
