Yes, she did but that must include all students, not just full-time equivalent, and it does include UNT-Dallas. Either way, it looks as if we have become the third largest university in Texas.

I believe we are 4th in the state of texas behind UT, A&M, UH and then UNT. All three of those first schools have over 40K+ total students which UNT has about 34K-35K. I believe UT has about 52K, A&M 45K and UH at around 40K-41K.

The 19,552 is the amount of full-time undergraduate students at UH. The total amount including part-time and full-time is 26,959 undergraduate students and 8,385 graduate students.
