The Morning News reports today that redshirt freshman Chris Todd, the backup to Graham Harrell, is transferring from Texas Tech. His dad says he will probably play JUCO next year.

It does not say why, or where he is from.

That's what we all said about Spencer Stack several years ago. And that just never panned out. There's a reason he's transferring: he couldn't beat out Graham Harrel. And now he's quitting.

(And if you saw Tech play this year, beating out Graham Harrel shouldn't have been that hard.)

Harrel had that job the second they signed him. I don't and will never trust Leech's judge of talent. I'd take a chance with a guy who hates Tech as much as I do.
