----Article listed above states Strock is gone from Florida Int. I had missed that one.

---The Minnesota coach did not have a great year anyway but the 31 point comeback by our fellow Texans at Tech did him in. I can't imagine how he and his team must have felt after the game and the following day.

In the coordinator's listing, it says that Florida State is working on a deal to land Fisher as the OC for a year or two, then replace Bowden when he retires, which fits the rumor I heard.

If that's true and transpires as you've stated, then it will be a great decision for Jimbo.

I also found this article on Jim Harbaugh...does anyone have a rivals account that can access and post the full story??

New Stanford head coach Jim Harbaugh hasn't taken long to impress the recruits. While recruiting success was predictable for the young and energetic coach, it's good news for Cardinal fans that it has come so soon.

This may be a factor as to why he dropped out of consideration at mid-major head coaching jobs

Saban also has targeted LSU offensive coordinator Jimbo Fisher to run the Tide's offense, sources close to the situation said Wednesday. Fisher, among the country's highest-paid assistants, also is the leading candidate to replace Florida State offensive coordinator Jeff Bowden, who resigned in November.
