I have a question regarding spring football practice and the early summer/fall 2 adays.

How many practice days/hours are allowed for the spring ?

How many practice days/hours are allowed for the summer 2 adays?

Does the NCAA limit the number of practice hours per practice per day?

I would think most sports are similar but I remember tennis was limited to 4 hours a day and no more than 20 hrs in one week and no more than 6 straight days of practice/matches

Can someone explain how TD's offense will get installed? During some off-season meetings; and then practiced during 7-on-7 drills? Or do we have to wait until spring ball to install the new offense?

I believe we will have to wait for spring ball to see it, but I'm sure there will be play books etc out there for those that want to to study ahead of time.
