100% confident he will win at UNT

Looks forwards to being a part of the process to get a new stadium

I thought he did a good job when they tried to down-play UNT’s facilities and the Sun Belt. Basically pointed to the fact that whatever conference you are in you strive to win the Conference championship and th facilities are not as bad as some think.

Really impressive interview. Craig asked him why would he leave SLC with all the support and great facilities to go to UNT and the Sun Belt conference and Dodge replied with: I wouldn't go there if I didn't think I could win and the facilities aren't as bad as you think. There's always championships to win, doesn't matter if you're in high school, college, or NFL.

The highlighted part of El Paso Eagle's post could be Todd Dodge's biggest legacy at UNT because of what he is bringing to the table as the UNT HFC that Big Donor-types would be more inclined to invest into.

Those Big Donor-types will not invest into a program that merely has SBC success & playing the 4'th place CUSA team in the Big Easy as our end-all, folks.

Look toward the direction of Boise State (our former Big West foe who is now in the BCS Championship Series) as to what Rick V and Todd D can now go out on the fund-raising trail and tell such heavy hitters: THIS IS WHAT WE WANT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS AND WE MUST GET OUR NEW STADIUM JUMP-STARTED TO HELP US GET THERE!

I knew Craig Miller as a student...he is a very unhappy person.....he was negative about most things then and has not gotten any better. Just take his comments for what they are worth, which is not much.

Why is Craig so negative? It came across like he was to be the bad cop while Georgio was the good one... Craig is hard to figure out sometimes. For someone who purports to care very little about UNT football he sure gets emotional in his negativity about it.
