I don't know for sure but I don't know of a 1-A program that does not have an OC. I believe that he had an Offensive Coordinator at SLC as well.

I don't think Texas Tech as an OC. Not completely sure on this, but I think I remember hearing that somewhere...

It's not that unusual for offensive guru HC's to also be OC's, or defensive guru's to also be DC's. However, since I have read that he had an OC at SLC, I would assume he would do the same here since he will have additional duties here that he did not have in high school.
