You know it's just the opposite for me I can't think of better fans in college football the exception being NT.

Texas fans typically get what they deserve.

I would say Aggies are the worst as far as what I personally experienced.(Texas Stadium circa 96?)  We walked in nearing half-time, on the wrong side, and were spat on, yelled at, and had lit cigarrettes tossed our way.  They also attempted to steal one guy in the groups battle flag.

typical response from an Arkansas fan. You wont change my mind on this, some of the fans that were harassed were family members of mine, others were close friends. Its been that way for decades, and I dont see it changing. Ask anyone that isnt a fan of Arkansas, you will hear similar responses. Like LSU, there may be some nice fans, but the overwhelming majority of a-holes ruin it for the rest!

aggies are generally gracious fans, in my experiences (though incredibly annoying in groups)...

OU will be a drastically different team next year.  One all-world running back and one Qb should set them team back.

Hmmm. They rushed for more yards without the "all-world" running back than they did with him in. And 4/5th of their OL returns - along with the tailbacks who outrushed the "all-world" guy.

You're counting your chickens way before they're hatched on this one.

Not looking to change your mind. Just saying what my experience has been.

I didn't meant that to come off rude, I'm just saying, being there in the opposing teams colors hasn't been an exciting experience for people i know! I realize UT is a different beast than most other opposing teams.

Maybe I will go next year and experience it first-hand, with some of the people that have had the good experiences! biggrin.gif

Again, just my experience, but I have never had a problem in Fayetteville (been there for Gator games). Every team has a few a-holes, sounds like you lost the parking lottery last time.

Oh, and by the way....

So Much for the Nutt vs. Dickey Matchup laugh.gif

Maybe we could say we're heading to Fayetteville hoping to Dodge a Nutt!! laugh.gif
