For the past three weeks practices have been closed to fans and the media excerpt for Tuesdays. Players are reminded that all they need is each other and their coaches.....so we don't get distracted and can just play our game.

To be fair, if DD's players had publically said the same thing, wouldn't we be hollering about his "bunker mentality"?

I think that Harry (and others) have mentioned that North Texas fans had much more access to the North Texas football team (and it's practices) than just about any other D-1 football (and many HS) programs.

So IF Coach Dodge is hired as our next HC, get ready to have much less access than we've ever had before.

I do not think Dodge though will take shots at the fans, university, or alumni.

Big difference in their respective bunker mentalities. DD was just classless in his mentality.
