Do you think alot of these close wins will turn into 10-15 point wins once Kendrick Davis returns? I don't think you can underestimate the loss of your best player.

You may have a point. If anyone told me at the start of the season, we'd lose Kendrick early on and still be 7-2 in the middle of December (after several tough road games), I'd tell them they were crazy. I hope we can hold on for Kendrick's return. Also, someone else mentioned that we seem to play to the level of the other team. This may be an astute observation, and we may very well step it up during conference play. Time will tell.

Yes, we've lost perhaps our best player but we're still 5-1 without him. Even if he's lost some of his shooting touch, he should help give some stability and reduce the number of turnovers.

We should be happy to be 7-2 but somehow the UTA loss turned everyone bitter. Instead we choose to bitch because we only beat someone by 3 or 6 that we should've beaten by 12 or 15. A 3-point win is still a win. Just so they don't blow 12 point leads in the last couple of minutes and LOSE. JJ has to keep them focused near the game's end.

I THINK that we'll be fine against everyone but Western Kentucky. I just hope that we can play well enough that the SBC gets two playoff spots.

These close wins seem to me to be a result of getting down early. In most of thier games we spend to much energy to get back in the game and to take the lead that we are unable to finish strong.

I think in every game this year, besides cameron we have been down by double figures.
