I realize Todd Dodge is very intriguing, but if we find a good candidate do we make the mover or do we wait to possibly talk to Dodge?

I voted "do not wait". The only reason to wait on Dodge is if the deal with him is already done and we're simply waiting for Carroll to get done in the playoffs. If we have no assurances from him, then we should definitely hire another qualified candidate if one presents himself.

I agree with you 100%. Unless he's been tabbed the new coach, there should be no reason to wait.
