I've been to a High School game at that stadium and thats who it should be meant for, a high school team.. its not that impressive (it is ALOT newer than fouts field though), but it set in the hills of San Diego, and has an awesome campus

*drooling* San...Diego... My goodness he's going to have to really love the game of Football to move from San Diego with 72 degree days year round to move to North Texas. My wife grew up there and we visit probably once a year. If there's any place I'd rather live it would be in sunny San Diego. But I digress. biggrin.gif

I lived there a couple years after college. You are right. Every year - around January (when its cold and grey) I kick myself for moving back to Denton.

In two years of living in San Diego. I had one bad day. Any that was my fault.

I'd move back in a heart-beat....and a well paying job.

Yes...LOVE San Diego and the drive down to Oceanside along the PCH...BUT, I do not love the real estate prices there. I could only afford a Hobbit's hut for what I paid for my house here... rolleyes.gif

its amazing how many people I talk to that share this same opinion. I'm one of them. Honeymoon, loved it so much we went back a year later. Plan on going next summer, too.

      honest question...why are y'all expending all this energy to complain about it here instead of collecting grievances and sending it direct to Mosely? he's the AD of a mid-tier athletic program...it's not like you're trying to get T-Swift's ear.

I'd say there's a path, but it's quite slim. this projection also only has one MVC and one A-10 program in...which seems ridiculous...and the path in get's even tighter should there be a few conference tourney upsets. keep winning, hope Memphis keeps winning as well and hopefully we're cutting nets in Ft. Worth and this whole conversation is moot

      The two requisites, as I see it, for us to make progress in attendance, revenue, and community support is an AD who is both ebullient and creative. We currently have an AD who is diametrically neither. In my memory the only leader we have ever had who possessed those qualities was Hayden Fry.
