I was thinking just a few short years ago I could start up a campaign for JMo's Heisman push for his senior year.....That plan is still on HOLD. Maybe a Riley Dodge campaign in 2010 ??

They need to right the wrong for missing Ladanian Tomlinson before they give it out to another player. Until then, it and the Doak, are jokes.

the Heisman is a product of ESPN hype. ESPN decided from day one it would be Troy Smith and has hailed him as the leading contender the whole way through the season. Its no longer the best player in the nation, its the best player on the best TEAM in the nation. Although I still think they screwed it up last season by giving to Reggie Bush over Vince Young (though a solid case could be made for both). Clearly his performance in the national title proved, regardless of what you think of the longhorns, that he was in fact the best football player in the nation.
