Interesting fact about the 1.5mil

Unless they left that information about the donors off of the press release, they are not Alums of the university, rather they are Denton residents. So they donated 1.5 million to the university simply because they admire what direction RV has taken the program and I'm guessing because they like to attend the games. For as much as we rip Denton residents for their lack of support I have to say that is pretty shocking for a non-alum to be that involved and donate that much money.

Stan, they have given ALOT of money to things in the Denton area, and don't be shocked if they give a lot more to the Athletic program in the future. They are really good people.
