The girl who wrote that article is a gal I used to go to HS with at Denton High

I noticed that the people who are from Denton realized that program itself hasnt had much success before the Dickey era, and that media outlets didnt start to cover NT until after our Bowl Trips and are stunned by our decision..So that might be the reason for the negativity from the media

What the reasons, NORTH TEXAS IS HOPEFULLY OFF TO BIGGER THINGS......

Also I cant wait until North Texas leaves the already doomed Sun Belt conference, did anyone see the attendance stats around the dreaded Belt....

MTSU had a conference championship game.....17,000

ULM vs. UNT...........12,000

ULL v. Arst.............10,000

F?I vs. F?U.............9,000

Hmmmm the one that really suprised me was the MTSU stat, since it was the the SBC title and bowl game on the line....

New Stadium= CU$A= More Money

Wow, DD kept thousands of people in multiple states from attending Sunbelt games.

Yeah.... Trinity vs. Carroll wasn't that big of a game anyway. Good grief.

Not to mention her previous blog railing against the DD firing. Well, I guess when you don't actually attend or really follow the team when you GO to the school, stuff like that happens.

I know it's Sherman/Denison, but good grief.
