Center Ryan Tucker, guard J.P. McFarland, linebacker Jay Davern and tackle Billy Thompson were charged with felony assault for the May 11 beating of a TCU student outside a Fort Worth bar.

Sullivan pissed off a lot of people by keeping those players on the team while letting "justice run it's course". They practically beat the kid to death outside Duke's Hi Hat Lounge on Berry Street, and he knew they wouldn't be sentenced until after the season.

His last team was crappy(1 & 10), so crappy that the only team they would manage to beat that season was an SMU team that had you-know-who as offensive coordinator.

The next season, Dennis Francione was able to take the same team to the Sun Bowl and beat USC.

I would not be disappointed, I would be furious. I attended TCU games during his tenure (my wife is a TCU frog). His play calling is DD all over again. I will not attend UNT games if he is the coach.
