That helmet was kind of cool as a throwback to honor a team from the past who wore them. Not so cool as our main helmet. But at least it’s green, so there’s that. -

Ugh. "North Texas" script again. Build the damn brand and use the SoW and the winged helmet, or God forbid, the interlocking NT if anyone ever had the balls to deal with the NT Exes. -

Wings on Helmet
The wings were used earlier in the year. After the decals were swapped out for the script to recognize the team from that era, seems they made the equipment team’s lives easier by not going back for the remaining games. I think people are reading too much into it. Winning should be the focus, not consistent helmet decals, win or lose. Someone needs to take a gander at the top ranked team in the country right now.
