Here's more Sports Writer stupidity. Look at ESPNs Bracketology on their front page it talks about how great its doing. Well Hofstra and Akron are both still on there with losses to UALR and Charlotte. Charlotte is on there as well, even after its UNT loss, but guess which teams aren't on there at all. Thats right UALR and UNT. So the losers stay on there and the winners don't get a mention... great job there ESPN.

I really think it will stay this way until the SBC teams consistently wins OOC games, not one here or one there. And, you can't blame them b/c the Sunbelt can be very inconsistant. They want to see a pattern of wins before they mention us. On the otherhand, it is really skewed reporting like you point out.

With excellent teams like Western Kentucky, South Alabama, UALR, possibly Troy and Denver, and now possibly UNT, the SBC is looking to be a very competitive conference with very talented players. Hopefully these top SBC teams will lay the hammer to other conferences this season. Hopefully, we'll add UTA, Rice, and Tulsa to the Charlotte list.
