Strahan went down with a mid-foot sprain tonight with Tuck and Umenyiora already out. That puts AA starting in place of Strahan. He finished with 2 tackles in place of Strahan tonight and with Umenyiora questionable next week, Tuck doubtful, and Strahan's status unknown it is very possible AA will get his first start next week vs. the Bears.

Another update. Strahan is out Awasome is starting for sure!

I was watching Around the Horn today and a question came up about the Giants defense, and even though I don't put much stock in anything Woody Page says, he talked up Awasom pretty good (though he did mispronouce his name).
