Watching the UTEP - Tulsa game and the announcers mentioned that word on the street is Tulsa head coach Steve Kragthorpe is on the list of coaching candidates for the HC job at North Carolina. Said Kragthorpe denied hearing anything about it. Also stated that Tulsa tries to do what it takes to retain their top coaches. Or in so many words that's what was said.

It would take a good paycheck to get him out of there. From what I understand him and the rest of his family is very happy where they are. He will stay in Tulsa and build the program much like Meyer did with Utah until a really big football school comes calling.
