Maybe DD is a good coach. I don't know much about recruiting, but from what I've read here we don't exactly have players beating down the door to get into our program. It seems he doesn't have much to work with. Nonetheless, DD has done a great job in finding/developing under-rated or unsigned players (Wilson, Cobbs, Quinn, Thomas, our whole freakin defensive crew this season, etc.). Obviously, offense isn't DD's thing. He needs to come to grips with this and find the right offensive coordinator that can fill in for him. If DD could get our offense on track, I'd find him much easier to support.

I can't argue with the statement. But it is supposed to be his thing. Lets remember his position with SMU before us.

Also, it would be unfair to call Wilson or Thomas underated players.

Darrell "keep 8 men in the box" Dickey LUCKED into getting Thomas to play here. The main reason he is here is because UNT has one of the best programs to Dyslexic students in the country.
