It's a net stream. CSTV has a free two week trial you can sign up for, so basically the game is technically free to watch, you just have to call. So anyways, yes I have tested it, its not as good as watching live tv, but its still decent enough to watch

KingDL1 - Yes, I live on the square in a loft apartment, feel free to to stop by, invite whoever you want. So far you're the only one who has expressed any interest.
