The new turf was put in for $1 million in 2019. In 2023 they approved an $8 million expansion project. ECU fans love their Baseball....some more than their Football. They have a very good program and it gets a lot of support. AAC is one of the best baseball conferences in the country...we should be a part of it!- 1

SMU 's New Facility
I used to think that all things equal, we would be on SMU's level....but everything changed when money could buy success. And they have the money. Pretty simple. They got a few rich people that can put them on par with big programs. We don't. In today's world, there is an amount of money that can overcome all the substance that it used to take. We need to move on... Let them buy it all. SMU fans posting on here....move on man. We can't hang. That's fine.
