Help with a term

My wife just called. She said a friend had offered our Aggie some tickets for the A & M-Army game at the Alamodome. The tix are either in section 131 or "NBSP."

What does "NBSP" mean ?

I know what SASE means. I know what ASAP means. No one knows what RSVP means, but I've never heard of "NBSP."

I assure you I am not going to see the Aggies this weekend. It's up in the air wheather or not I'll go to Tulsa, but you won't find me anywhere the Alamo.
