sounds like Tulsa fans are actually "worried" about this game.

Last year, many TU fans predicted a loss at UNT. We had my sisters engagment party to attend so I could only check the radio occassionally. Hearing the score was 2-2 in the 2nd quarter did not give me any warm fuzzies.

I have no idea what caused the onslaught of scoring but every time after I checked after that tie, TU seemed to be scoring. I thought we would win at your place last year. not by 54-2 though. Maybe 27-21, but not a blow out.

I feel the same this year, I think TU should win 37-21 but would like to our defense hold you to under 18. I don't think it will happen, but I hope it will.

I believe we all expected a loss at UT and hoped to be respectable, gain experience, and get no one hurt.

We felt NY was capable of winning over SMU despite what the "experts"said. I felt if we did we could compete with every one else on our schedule. Tulsa and Akron may be the best two teams we play.

Beating Tulsa should give us the confidence and swagger we need to win out.

Get it done!!!

Does anyone know what type of offensive attack Tulsa has?  From their stats in the first two games it looks like their a throwing team.  Is this accurate?

Our WR corps is unproven at best. There have been numerous dropped balls in our first two games. Our running game was supposed to be a strength considering we returned 4 starters to the OL and that line has combined for over 100 starts. We have 3 very good RB's but they only generated 61 yards between them vs BYU through the 4th quarter. At that point BYU was running 2nd string and we got another 40 or 50 yards.

We should be running to set up the pass but I have not been impressed with our passing game yet and if we couldn't run vs an undersized BYU line, despite their very good LB's, I have concern for our running game now as well.

Hopefully, the BYU game was just a bad day at the office.

We'll have to wait and seen.

The Mean Green moved up a spot to 11th and Huang ended the day in a tie for fourth heading to Tuesday's final round. The team's 7-under-par day tied for the fourth-best team round of the day. Huang moved up 19 spots on the leaderboard after his six birdies on the back-nine to go with just one bogey. He enters Tuesday's final round tied for fourth at 8-under par - one shot back of third and four back of the lead.

      Bosses are firing Gen Z workers months after hiring them

      Finding good workers has always been a thing. Limiting hiring options can exacerbate this issue and lead to stats that look more out of whack than they actually are. Where I'm at we only hire out of an intern pool. Not my favorite thing in the world, to be sure as we partner that with an "almost" ban on experienced hires. However, when I entered the workforce contract-to-hire was a big thing. Essentially the same concept, but allows you to get a feel for the new employee and vice-versa. If it's not a fit, you can cut bait early without a huge investment in time and resources on both sides. Programs and processes like this exist and have existed for as long as I can remember to combat getting stuck with bad fits or people who aren't going to be productive in your organization. Covid messed a lot of this up, for a variety of reasons, and what you're seeing now, 4 years on, is a correction, not a sign of a generation gone wrong. But you guys carry on with all the psycho-babble. It's entertaining.
