I finally signed up for the premium content yesterday. Today I try to login and I keep getting defaulted to the Password Help. They e-mail me the password (the same one I’m trying to use – I even do a cut-and-paste) and it does not work.

I am a psychology doctoral student at UNT, but run a small computer technical support company for extra dough (I only tell you this to back up my claim). I don't think this is the same issue that your report, but I thought I'd post this since it is related. Mean Green Sports (Premium Area) has problems with their website. I noticed that their premium log-in has a serious cache/cookie related internet browser problem. Basically, after a log-in a time or two the data gets lost in cache land and you are unable to log into your mean green premium account. I emailed them last year and they gave me the "check with your computer manufacturer thing." Total BS. This will fix it: clear your cache/cookies in your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), and then reload the web page. They also have problems with renewal subscriptions (I know, I renewed for the SMU game while visiting Atlanta this weekend) that I won't even go into. They need to get the premium content fixed! People won't subscribe or renew subscriptions with all these problems. We need all the money we can get for our athletics programs!

I'm bummed that they don't have the game archived!! I couldn't watch the game Saturday, but I want to watch it now!

MG premium needs to add an archive feature. I'm seem to remember that for basketball. Maybe that was just audio though. I want to see this game.

If anyone recorded the stream let me know!!

it's really kinda sad. i wanted to join the mean green premium account so bad to be able to watch the games BUT I figured that it probally would not work and of course for many, it didn't.

I sent a note to the Customer Service group and finally received an e-mail responce and was able to get on in time for the game Saturday - It was great.

It looks like they have the game up again, but I can only get the audio

I subscribed last year and had no problems recieving it at home (Cable modem using my ibook). At my inlaws house (DSL on a pc) I could log on, but it was more like a slide show than streaming video.
