After reading all of DallasGreens posts concerning SMU - and those of you who have read them know what I mean - I thought he has been strangely quiet this week so close to the game. I am ready and fired up even after the not so great effort I witnessed in Austin. I am hoping for the best Sat and will be at Fri. night Clark Park Pep Rally and early Sat. tailgate, Spirit shirts in hand for sale @ $7.each at each venue.. As I have feared since this game was scheduled, alums and fans appear to be more fired up than players , coaches , and students. I never, ever wanted to win a game more than this one, and that includes this year's Rose Bowl that I attended with my two UT grad sons. I like some others on this board consider this a lost season without a victory over the horses' rears from the hilltop!!! I listened to them vs. TT on the road back from Austin. I truly don't believe that there is a great talent gap, and that the home field can be the difference. We just can't be subdued or bashful and MUST RAISE HELL THE ENTIRE GAME!!!! laugh.gif You can bet I will do my part--I may need some help from FFR and Emmitt with those clowns in the yellow shirts before this one is finished!!!
