University of Arizona has given Robinson his release. His connection to Lewisville Hebron might put him back in the area. Any interest?

A lot of interest. He was all-state. He's a bruiser and would give a new dimension to the run game.

Kind of concerns me that he withdrew from his committment to Texas and then was released at Arizona.

He'd definately be worth it though.

We should always be interested in a player of that caliber. The question would be, is he interested in North Texas?

Arizona released him after he asked for a release for personal reasons, whatever that is. He had good stats at Arizona. If he needs to be close to his family, we're just down the road.

Yep, that was my bad. I saw his stats on the UA website and I mistakenly thought that they were from his freshman season; they were from his high school senior year.

He has not played and should have four years eligibility left.
