I feel sorry for this kid - he transferred away from UNT. What a sad way to ruin someone's life.

As far as I know you can. People used them last year.

I was going to ask the same thing. I remember the first game of the year when they wouldn't allow it. Caused a big stir so that they finally announced at halftime that you could go ahead and use them.....of course the folks in the stadium already had walked back to the car to put them away.
