well, in 2003, they had us at #42, cant say im sad about that. I think we got a couple of top 25 votes that year, and with a win in the bowl, might have snuck into the highly-coveted #25 spot.

Rice is going to improve, and do so quickly. They brought in a new coach, along with Major Applewhite, and a new offense. And even though the new coach had way less time, they still managed to out recruit by a good margin.
