Question regarding informal 7 on 7. How does it work? Three OL, QB, RB two WR VS 3 DL, 2 LB and 2 DB? Do they hit or is it more of a shorts and t-shirt kind of thing? Can any coaches be present/grad asst./former players or current players only? Are they given an "informal" handbook at the end of each season on things they should do, work on, etc during the off season? While I like the idea of players getting as many reps with each other as possible, if it's informal is there not a potential to develop bad habits that will need to be addressed during 2 a days? Please advise Obi Wan.

I don't know this. I'd guess so, but I don't know for certain.

Could be. But reps are reps, and if nothing else, guys who show up are getting a workout.
