Fouts is obvious. The dude that followed him was here longer and had a better record and I have never heard of him!

I've got another suggestion. The Top Four coaches in our history (winning-percentage wise) are Jack Sisco, Hayden Fry, J.W. St. Clair, and Theron Fouts. What do they have in common? All are Baylor grads. Maybe we just need to go to Waco to find our next coach.
