I gotta pass on a bit of good news for this Mean Green alumn, and for SilverEagle and his family as well. Lil' SilverEagle, also a Mean Green alumn, class of 2004, has spent the previous 9 months testing against 1900 other applicants for only 44 positions with the Fort Worth Fire Department. He finally got the call today to hear that he's made the next academy class starting in May. I'm very proud of him as I know SE is too for staying with the long process of getting on the job. Now the real work begins yet I'm sure he will have fun during the 6 months of class.
