We'll see, it's 1017 miles one way. So far I have all my vacation's lined out so that I can attend every game but Tulsa and Troy I believe. We'll see how it goes when time comes. Might have to fly that one.

I rode with a couple of MT fans to Akron 2 years ago. Talk about a long, boring drive. Can you say Rust Belt?

They actually had a pretty good tailgate setup, with a BBQ (imagine that) cook-off and they had a big stage with Otis Day & The Knights. But we probably had about as many MT fans tailgating as they did.

The stadium is gawd-awful, and we didn't even get to see any GoodYear Blimps, which are housed in hangers right next to the "Rubber Bowl".

Synopsis of the drive to Akron from Murfreesboro (about 8 hours):

City.....2 hours of corn.....city.......2 more hours of corn.......city..........more freaking corn.....city.......how much corn can one state grow?........Akron, Ohio
