What color is UT's football field?

We'll take several thousand fans and alums to the NT-UT game this fall. The deal is, folks, the predominant color on the field of play will be Green! There will be eleven players wearing Burnt Orange, and there will be eleven players wearing Mean Green. The officials will wear Black and White!

The basic fact is, on the trrip to Austin, the predominant color will be green!

So what is my point, here? Hell, I dunno!

Go! Mean Green! Go! Gameplan! (there's a concept that would also have worked vs Tulsa last fall). Go! Rick V! Go! Hank! Go! Mandy! Get rid of the security yellow bellys! Replace them with anyone who makes attending games even more enjoyable! Maybe t he new ushers, security should wear "Green" with some distintive vest letting everyone know who they are!!!!! They might be called Courtesy Patrols / Ushers.

Boise State, which has blue uniforms, has blue field therefore we should have a green one to match our colors.

Never mind, I guess we always do.....LOL

The first time I saw that blue field on TV I thought my TV had a color problem.....So I changed channels and it appeared ok so I turned back.

Thank goodness I did not really spend time trying to adjust it, I was hoping that the station had a transmission problem and it would correct itself..... Later I learned that goofy field was that color.

I guess that is one gimmick to get noticed.....
