The bad news for SMU is (besides another violation investigation of their athletic program-basketball) is they will be slaughtered September 9th at the Fouts Field Processing Plant. Oh, and by the way....t he good news is we'll ship the remains over to TCU for their pre-game meals. That means they will have had to digest Pony crap two years in a row in Frogville.

On another front, I hear that Coach Phil Bennet is so jealous that Coach Dickey has his Monday Press Conference at Hooters, that Phil is taking his Press Briefing to Cabaret Royal!

On still another front, Texas is looking past North Texas awaiting Ohio State the following week, so they will not really be interested in running up the score this time, and will likely stop at around, say, 50 points. Ohio State, on the other hand, will tromp the Longhorns because the Buckeyes have most of their team back, including Tony Smith, their Offensive line (intact) and the majority of their defense and special teams.

On a final front, we owe Tulsa a butt whipping. Are you listening, coach?
