Important Post on Scrimmage and Recruiting Review

One thing of note last year with the drinks is we had Carino's (Lewisville) donate the cups last year. Their to go cups are HUGE and each cup was filled to the brim with tea. This made the tea run out much more quickly. Not sure what the cups will be this year but it may make the tea last longer.
Also, I should be available for any help needed.

Very good point. Smaller cups(8 oz instead of 20?) would make the drinks last much longer.

No prob Med I got it covered. They are going to have a powerade machine available so that should cut down on the need for Tea. That being said I will probably buy 15-20 gallons just to be on the safe side.

I think like another 20 lbs of brisquet

some racks of ribs

more chickens

and whatever else shows up

I think at this point we are set and ready to, and we will be able to get the last of the cash on Saturday.

At this point outside of those of you that volunteered to help with cutting and serving is a few solid confirmed guys who can meet over at the ac around 8:30 am to help get the tents put up before the scrimmage starts
